#jj2 is an internet relay chat channel. Its a place where chaos and, on very rare occasions, order reigns. To get there, get an iRC client i.e. mIRC (if you don't already have one) then select the any Quakenet server, connect, and join #jj2.
If you click on irc://irc.quakenet.org/jj2 and you've got an iRC client, just press ok and you should be there in a few seconds.
