This is actually a morphed Devan :P You see a Jazz shooting up and running around. When you defeat it it turns into flying dancing or dizzy Jazz just like Devan turns into a dragon when you defeat him. Don't forget about "Activate boss" event. UPDATE: You must also include an "Echo" event with a generator somewhere near or the whole thing will crash.
