Que Passa!!!!
1rst of all, I can be that color- It all depends on the lighting. My skin color is kind of enigmatic in that sense(In bright light, I look Caucasion, in dimmer light I look like different degrees of Spanish or South American.).
2nd, I don't usually draw my mustache because there is currently not really enough mustache to draw(HECK, it's even smaller then it is in the one picture I DID draw it in... But, Mom says it's gonna be really sexy one day so I keep it.).
And finally, Fairly Oddparents is one of the coolest shows on Nickolodean, right up there with Rocko, Ren and Stimpy, Angry Beavers, and Invader Zim(Butch Hartman is currently one of my favorite people in the animation department.).
