Actually, my major problem with humans:
Whenever I draw them they all look the same- just with different skin tones, hair styles, and clothes.

I sometimes have the same problem, really... there's not too much to vary in my faces besides the hair and chance of beard/moustache. But, I try varying the shape once in a while (If you read my comic, you might notice that Alex, Matt, and Vince have slightly different face shapes), and that kinda helps.
But hey, I guess it's all a part of our styles, isn't it?
