Chapter Two







“Nice place”, Wild gestured.



“Thanks”, BBoy said, “I sort of took all of my parents stuff.”



“Don’t you have parents?”



“Nope, they died, so did my sisters and brothers.”



“Oh, I’m sorry”



“What about you?”



“Oh, my mum was killed trying to protect me, and my father was killed trying to protect my mother, and Devan grabbed me and decided I would make a good soldier or entertainer for him. I became both.”



“I’m so sorry”, BBoy said with a frown.



“No, I have done fine without anyone”, she said,



“Really? I sort of took it rough the first year, but I am fine now.”



“Well, I am a girl on my own, and I learned to fight from some of the best and learned civil ways of the turtles. I learned their weaknesses and strengths. I guess I am pretty good if I battled them.”



He nodded. “Aye, you would be at that. I have always wanted to find out what happened with Ax Man.”



“Who?”



“Ax Man”



“I saw him last night!!”



“WHAT!?”



“Yeah, I did. He is a pretty good sword fighter.” Wild said smiling.



“I haven’t seen him in three years! Ugh, take your shower, you are so dirty at the moment.” He said with a sound of urgency in his voice.



“Um, okay.”

She started the shower water and looked around. She pulled her brush and cosmetics she bought out of the bag and set them around the counter and bath. She stared into her old army clothing. It was gross looking compared to her new dress. She slipped her dress off and hopped in the shower.

“G’morning Wild. How di-“ Ax Man looked, she was gone. He freaked and looked all around. He remembered her saying about her running away and figured she was still on the move. He smiled to himself. She left. He got up and proceeded to change and put his sword back over his back and journey out the door into the great streets of Diamondous.

“Now look what you did”, a rabbit said to another. He hit the other over the head, and the book scraped under his eye. He screamed in pain.



“That chick messed my eye up! How dare she!” He cried.



“Don’ be such a baby”, the other one said hitting him over the head and scraping under his eye again.



“OUCH!! DANGING, CHUCK! THAT HURT!”



“Sorry man”, Chuck said.



“Grath, you seen that girl around here someplace or something? You look dazed.” One said to a blue furred rabbit.



“Huh? What?”



“Grath, are you all right?”



“Um, I was just thinking about the way that chick moved like she was from another world. But she looks familiar. Maybe I saw her at Devan’s camp.”



“What do you mean?”

“Feeling better? You sure look better”, BBoy said as the shower door opened and clouds of steam poured out and Wild was left standing in the hall. She looked beautiful. Her hair was done in a long and tight French braid, and her leather dress fitted tight but not too tight around her. The mats of fur were gone, and her fur was shiny, fluffy, and mud free.



“So, you really like it, aye?”



“Yeah”



“I’m sort of tired, what about you?”



“I don’t know, not really. You must be made out of pure energy to run for three nights without sleeping one second.”



“I charge myself quickly with my wand. It leaves me feeling fresher than a daisy and energetic.”



“What wand? You have a wand, too?”



“Yes”, she said pulling it out and showing it to him, “want me to make a quick ‘refresh’ enchantment on you?”



“Um, okay”, he said enviously.



“All right.”



Se closed her eyes and pointed the wand at him. He stood nervously, but still. She thought of a sacred word, and a silvery beam shot out and hit him. He didn’t budge just stand there quietly. She opened her eyes. He was nodding in agreement.



“That does make me feel so much better. Where did you get that wand anyway?”



“Oh, um, I am sort of a Siegel Angel. I can morph into witch, dragon, angel, or just a rabbit.” She said happily.



“You’re a angel? I had no idea you were a angel, witch, and stuff!”



“Yeah, I am. Now, let’s get this show on the road. What type of food do you like?”



“Pizza. Wait, what are you doing now?”



“Taking you out for lunch, I mean, you took me into your home and stuff.”



“Huh? No, it’s all right, really”, he said blushing.



“No it isn’t. I will feel guilty until I do.” She said smiling.



“Okay, okay”, BBoy said with a laugh.



“Then we can track down Ax Man”, Wild said.



“Don’t you remember where he lives?”



“BBoy, it was raining and dark. I couldn’t see a thing. Only his shadow and his back every now and then when lightning lit up the area.”



“Oh, sorry.”



“It is all right. Now, are you coming, or not?”



“I’m coming.”



“Good.”



Angel led out of the door, attracting looks all the way to a pizza parlor she had spotted while running through the streets. It was about 12:00 PM now, lunchtime. The parlor was packed, but Angel and BBoy happened to get a table that some couple had just gotten up from.



“You get your food first, I will um, sit here and wait”, she said with a smile.



“Okay. See you in just a minute”, he said. Angel nodded.

“What do you mean?”



“What do you mean?”



“I was once with Devan Shell, why?”



“We never knew that!”



“Yeah, you never told us!”



“Oh, sorry. I guess it slipped my mind.”



“Slipped your mind! Nothing slips our minds in this gang!” The one with the abrasion boomed at Grath.



“I made a mistake!! So what!?”



“OUT!”



“What?”



“Get out of this gang!!”



“Geeze! Why are you ditching Grath?” A girl rabbit said.



“Just get out of my face! Leave this group! You’re not a member of it anymore! BOTH OF YOU! If you want to be a single walking in this huge city all alone with little Grathy-Pu, then GO!”



“Fine! I will!”



“Good! Now, GET OUT OF MY SITE!!”
