You say you have forwarded the ports - how did you do this?
Are you sure you forwarded them to the correct IP address?
Check your IP address by doing the following:
1. In the start menu, click "Run"
2. Type "cmd" and press enter.
3. Once you are in the command prompt, type "ipconfig" and press enter.
4. Post the output of that here (don't worry - as long as you are behind a router, none of that information will reveal anything that allows someone to access your computer)
If possible, could you post a screenshot of your router port configuration screen?
Could you also check and make sure you don't have any firewall software running on your computer? (This includes the firewall that may be included with Windows)
