Oh no! When the origonal 3d Fooruman was turned into the Demon Barbarian, threre was a tragic medical error while removing his hat! The doctors (meeee!!!111) accidenlty removed the whole top of his head!
The red things are his eyeballs. Luckilly, his tierra spikes cover it up.
