Right hand:

Up: Up Key
Down: Down key
Left: Left key
Right: Right key

Left hand:

Shoot: Enter
Jump: Shift
Run: Ctrl (I've always Caps-Lock on, so I never use this)
Switch Weapons: Backs(lash/pace) and numbers.
