In the RPG Toon, the definition of a cyborg is (And I quote) anyone with two or more cybernetic implants, or who has at least 30% of their body replaced by implants(A really large cybernetic arm, for example, can still count.). All three of these lovely ladies fit that description.
Oh, and Piccolo- I'll consider doing a comic about them(I'll have to include my other characters from the Toonpunk tooniverse- where these guys live; Linear Von Woosh(A speed-crazy Kiwi), Doc Cherlish(An inventor Tazmanian devil), and the villian, Gillbert McFrenzy(A Mako shark in a suit.))
