Appearance: Tall, not that muscular but also not too thin, Dare has blue-silver fur with a network of thin white lines on his back. These are scars, but where he got them, nobody knows. His eyes are a dark, dark blue at the edges, almost black in certain lights, with streaks of lighter blue radiating out from the pupil, and a ring of blue-white around the pupil itself. Because if this, his eyes have an odd property where they can see almost anything, down to the last detail, at a great distances, in bright or dim lights. Dare doesn't keep this a secret, but he doesn't advertise it either. He wears a dark grey T-shirt and khaki/army pants, along with scarred flight boots and flight jacket. He also has a scar running from the corner of his right eye to just below his ear. He always appears to be squinting just slightly, although he's not, and his lazy way of talking and moving often makes people misjudge him. Dare wears blue metal wristbands and a ring made of the same metal, set with a single white jewel.

Personality: Friendly and confident, Dare is easygoing and laid back. He always seems to be slightly amused by something. When doing something, he will listen quietly to whatever someone has to say, then go and do it his own way anyway. Subtle and slightly manipulative, he can talk his way out of almost anything, while remaining reasonable and calm.
When fighting, Dare has incredible reflexes that border on precognition. He is logical but follows his instincts. He seems to have a sixth sense for danger, and can figure out tactics from a single move. He can often study an opponent's moves and predict what they are going to do or what they are thinking. Fearless and quick, he is a bad enemy to have.

Weapons: Dare has a powerful Stealth blaster, with a rapidfire modification, and myriad knives, all razor sharp. Besides that, anything he can find.

Skills: Dare has exceptional sight and reflexes. He can pilot almost anything, and can think and act his way out of most situations. For the rest, grenades are handy.

Special Powers: Dare's only powers are his sight, incredible reflexes, and danger sense.

Weaknesses: Dare automatically looks for ulterior motives, and doesn't consider that some things are the way they seem. He also has a bad habit of not following orders, and of not informing his comrades of his plans.

Occupation: Combination stunt/fighter pilot and a commando, Dare can survive missions that would kill anyone else.
