Odd, this doesn't seem to be a valid step for "what you gotta do". Maybe if you said "Be having fun", but then you'd still have to already be in the clan...

I fall prey to this myself, but make sure your rules all apply in the same fashion. Add a "you" to rule 3, say. Or there's always the "Must not multiclan" route...

This just looks wrong.
I kind of doubt this would hold much merit in court. Maybe because it doesn't refer to anyone...
I am not trying to cause a flame war, I am merely saying you may want to look into the wording of parts of your page.
