Please provide more information about your computer when posting technical queries. For instance, what operating system are you running? How much RAM? What version of Windows Media Player are you using? Is your computer fairly overloaded? Does anything happen or does the program just freeze? Does this occur when playing a CD, just off the hard drive, or vice-versa?

Also, is there anything different these 10 percent of times it works? There has to be - otherwise it would crash.
