Thank you....

I opened the ports 10052 upd, 10052 tcp, 10054 udp and 10054 tcp in my software firewall. I also forwarded the ports from my router to my PC. I still have the same problem although it works perfectly with other online games for which I forwarded the required ports.

I also disabled the XP firewall.
