Guy is an absolutely good way to talk about yourself being male, while dude would sound really, really weird, or is even exclusively used for people other than the one speaking.
Man also sounds kind of awkward, like "I'm a REAL man! Hawrhawrhawr. Fear me musclez0rs.". Especially if you're not grown-up yet.
Boy is okay. But in my opinion, doesn't sound very cool. And reminds me of people like "sexyboi087". =P

Now I'll use "guy" whenever I speak about myself. By the way a friend of mine is always says that he's a male man.
