Actually, it isn't against the rules, since none of the Z-Fighters (or any copyrighted characters, for that matter) are on L_G's side, unless he recruits them for a certain task. Beth was asking Bulma to come along since she's the only person (besides Trunks, and perhaps Chaotzu(sp?)) that knows how to use the Dragon Radar properly, which resulted in Vegeta and Trunks getting involved (and getting the whole continent to blow up 9_9). Beth doesn't watch enough anime. XP
Vegeta somehow finds another Dragonball. He now has 2. I'm not going to go into detail here 'cuz, unlike Radium, I have NO IDEA which way Dennis is. Bleck.
