Mesa wants you to stop talking like that. It's not a big deal if it only snows in December. IMO, it would be dumb if they made it snow in, let's say, July. I think the snow in it is just to put you in a Holiday spirit (and nobody wants to hear you sing, "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," in the middle of summer).
