ok, u have set the first water event with
instant "1" and height "something u like" ?

next thing to do is, a place where u want the water to rise/ go down add another water event that says instant "0" or "1" (ill explain it down here) and a new height of course.
if you use instant "1" again, the water will go to that height in a second, which is good if u need it to happen fast, but it looks way too unrealistic. if you put instant "0" , the water will slowly go to that height, like a bad which is getting filled (or the opposite: getting emptyed)
