That's one thing I hate. Somebody thinking up an amazing power and thinking up a limitation to it later, to try to make me not as angry about it. And Xion, you already have skills that have a huge MP drain (when you use one of your uber kill-the-enemy-in-one-hit spell combos), but you are able to use them all the time.
