1. Going by virtue of what I have seen from the game, I would have no trouble. I mean, a big enough antimatter bomb could blow up a planet. And the peep army has the reasources to make such a bomb. Or, at least, had those reasources before the main base was destroyed.
2. I would think it would be warp.
