I think that the best CTF levels are:
1. Diamondus Warzone ( maybe it is overhosted but it stil Rox  )
2. Security Breach v2
3. Distopia ( =P )
4. Swingin Jazz
5. Hm...Zaitox ?
6. Semi
7. Waterfall Caves
8. Medival Skyscrapers
9. Maybe I forgot something =P
10. Others very good, but not so popular levels
