Here's some possiblities.

Poss. 1. Do you have graphics problems with other programs? Other games?
Poss 2. Did you try uninstalling JJ2 and try installing it again?

If you are able to, go to PC Drivers and look up for your card. If you don't know what to do, then I'll find the download updates for you. I doubt this is the problem, but it never hurts to try to upgrade your video adapter or monitor.
Don't forget to try Windows Update for device driver updates too.
Also, your monitor could be broken, and you might need to get a new one. It costs too much to take the monitor in for repair, so your better off getting yourself a new monitor. This is the last resort of course.
And if my suggestions don't work, see if someone else can help you, before trying to purchase a new monitor.
