The nvidia site ( http://www.nvidia.com/) has drivers for all their cards, so you don't have to look for third-party ones. Might also be worth updating motherboard drivers. If you've got a mobile or cordless phone then don't put it near your monitor (actually, mobiles in general don't mix particularly well with computers).
I'd stay clear of Windows Update drivers - I've had bad experiences from there (bad as in a creative sound card driver from there knocked out both the sound card and the ADSL modem).
