Alright, a hotel is a level that looks like a hotel. A level 2 kind of hotel, is a city. Find my level on J2O called: Hotel Tublear VI for a good hotel. One of the best ever.
Hotels are kind of fun to make, I recommend against making it though, because people will end up probably flaming you, I sure was back in the day with Hotel Tublear 5.
In the hotel, you got your main rooms, bathroom, bed rooms, and lots of peoples rooms. Sometimes there are escalators or warps to take you to different floors of the hotel. A city is a hotel, and other stuff, like a battle arena, airboard arena, watercoasters, shop, rollar coasters, pinball machine, etc... Whatever you can think of, like King of the Hill.
