Pre-Actions:

1. Uninstall current DirectX with this tool.
2. Uninstall current VideoDriver, without restarting PC (Either Add\Remove Programs or System=>Device Manager=>Delete all from that has to do with Video)

Solution:

+ Windows ME (as is now)
+ DirectX 8.1 - Ya, 8.1 is the best one
+ Latest Video Driver from Manufacturer
+ Full Check for Viruses by Latest Copy of Norton AntiVirus or DrWeb

Outcome:
- Working computer
- Free Ad in Signature (subject: Liable for Negotiation)
