And if it is, then as far as I remember, the sticky keys option is also in there, probably turned on 
But anyway - Standard PS/2 Mouse is not a brand - connect ANY PS/2 mouse to your computer and it will show up as Standard PS/2 Mouse... Same goes with most keyboards...
So, that is just name of the driver, under which most of mice\keyboards work....
