Name changes are intended mainly as a convenience to users, and a deterrent to multiple accounts. There are restrictions to prevent people from abusing the system and\or changing names too frequently.
- Clan tags may not be added to names or modified. They can be removed or can remain.
- Name changes may not occur within 4 months of the user's previous name change or registration.
Name changes will be recorded publically in the name change topic, to record the date and to eliminate identity doubts.
As stated before, this will not be reinitiated until we get J2O back to normal.
