Mad-Frank wears awlays to brown robe, his hands has gloves those are long so they reach to elbow, and each glove has 5 slots to knife, and the finger part of gloves will end half of finger so second half is without covered, he also sometimes has scarf that is gripped from neck to up side of nose. Mad-Frank is from France though, and he has got much of japanese friends, Frank never uses fire arm, cus he has ninja religion kind, but he can still make against else rules of ninjas.
