#jj2 - The largest and most active channel for the community. #jj2 isn't exactly focused on the game, but it's still where everyone hangs out.
#clanbase.jj2 - The official channel for clanbase related JJ2 stuff. A few people sit in there, but there's practically no activity in it.
#jj2trivia - A trivia game channel in case you're interested. Can be quite fun with a good group.
#jdc - Inactive now, but was used for JDC stuff.
And there are several clan channels -- #[GpW], #CraccoClan, and #[FoR] have been mentioned -- but I haven't been in any of those.
