Well, technically, you never asked for criticism.

The minion is looking quite good. He's too short, though. With that little "tail" on the ground, he'd most likely tumble over at once. The chest is about one or two pixels too thin, the arm on the right ( its left ) in comparison too far away from it. Thickening the chest without moving the arm would probably fix that.
The face looks okay in the smaller one, but in the larger one, kind of strange. The nose should move a pixel to the right. And it's possibly too round. And there is no hair behind its head.. that way, it looks like there's only hair coming from the sides of it.
Other than that, the coloring is done well, it looks good in the small version. But if you intend to use the larger one anywhere, some more detail might be implented, though it isn't necessary.
