Yes, but... ingoing and outgoing is a different thing from UDP and TCP.

TCP and UDP are transport protocols, they both have their own ways of delivering, sending and receiving information from other computers. Contact me on MSN (newspaz@dds.nl) or ICQ (51092942) and I'll try to help you configure your router.
