R3p. I agree with you on the !dt thing, but you shouldn't have closed down the clan. If you were a good leader (no offence intended with this, but I'll probably gonna get hit back anyways =D) you'd keep your clan alive through the worst of times. If a handful of people left your clan for another, who cares? Better to have a clan with a few members, but all of them loyal to it, then a clan with a lot of members who would leave it for a better clan any moment. Just my two cents.
