Rule of thumb. Install order should go:
DOS
Windows 95
Windows 98
Windows ME
Windows NT
Windows 2000
Windows XP
Linux
The Microsoft bootloader does not support Linux. The Linux bootloader does support Windows/DOS.
Therefore Windows should be installed before Linux. If you have extra space on the Linux drive for some reason, or if you have another blank hard drive it is possible to install Windows and then come back and restore the Linux bootloader. I don't know how to do that, though. Especially since I never heard of that version of Linux before...
