FQuist replied to some of my download reports which I sent months ago. There must be
1) something wrong with the reporting system
or
2) a lot of work for all the admins and mods that's more important

@ Lan Meister: Does your friend have the JCS.exe file? Also look if you have JCS.ini. If you have that one, tell your friend to send you JCS.exe via email.
