@ MoonBlaze: I don't care if you say "Thanks!" or not, but it gives the reviewer the feeling the author has read his review and feels good because there actually is someone who likes his work. You sound like you wouldn't care at all and I did not had to write the review.
However, I don't want to start a discussion about that, because it simply doesn't matter at all.
