Actually, distributing old DOS games like that *snaps fingers* doesn't have that many consequences for the companies, other than annihilating a possible re-release of the games (yeah, like that will ever happen for the PC platform

) Still, by law it's not allowed unless the producers have declared it freeware, no matter what others say...
