Ok, there's the level it's happening in (yes, it's happening again, it works). To view the text, reach the battleship and stomp inside. If the B's don't show up when you first enter, go over to the right for a bit and come back. If they still don't show up, exit and try playing the level again. I don't really know what factors make them appear or not appear.
(You may comment on the level if you want, but keep in mind it's still heavily in progress.)
