I remember it like it was recently.

I got HH'98 first at an old store called Zainy Brainy, thinking it was all of Jazz2 in addition to the HH'98 levels. I got it cheap, so I didn't care.
I got JJ2 second, about 3 days later from Amazon.com for about $20.

I got TSF sometime in 2002-2004 on Ebay, though I don't for how much.
