Okay, I'll make this as easy as I can.

Follow these steps:

1. Download the file I mentioned earlier.
2. Open it and extract it where you want.
3. Now, enter the directiory where you extracted the files and double click on the "america.reg" or "europe.reg" file depending on where you live.
