That would be because I put it on my Ripway account which only has 10 MB of transfer, and it's gone over by 6MB, so they locked it. I'll find another place for it.

EDIT: I can't seem to find another place to put it, since my webhost forbids downloads, and Ripway only allows one account per IP address. So, unless someone steps in, you'll have to wait "24 Hours for Your Account to be Reactivated."
