You can't really call the xmas dudes new enemies I think (they just look different), but I won't argue with you about that.

EDIT:

The Kitten (how I like to call it :P ) isn't really different either, and the Pacman Ghost acts like the Sparks enemy, with the difference that it has two hitpoints instead of one.
