If you want to post pictures save them somewhere (best as jpeg) and find a website where you can host pictures for free. Upload your pic there. Once it's uploaded, you can post it here using the following code:

[ img ]link to where your pic is uploaded[ /img ]

(use the above WITHOUT the spaces)
