Access application. An exe file that I open so it gives me a menu where I enter my username and password so it opens the internet access. Yay.
Provider = ISP indeed.
My internet connection is DSL... Windows 98 indeed, too..

My network card is a
Realtek RTL8029 (AS) PCI NIC Ethernet card..

And my soundcard... *types "alsaconf" into the terminal*
It gives me two results, but I think it's this one..
intel8x0 Intel Corp. 82801BA/BAM AC'97 Audio (rev 01)
It also gives me this:
legacy Probe legacy ISA (non-PnP) chips
, but I think that isn't even a soundcard...
I've researched both and got only results which were affiliated with Linux, which leads me to think that I have a problem here...

Well, I don't think so. It's definitely not installed.. and it does recognize A sound device, but gives no definite name for it, so I'm guessing it doesn't.
