Error code: 740 - The TAPI devices configured for Remote Access failed to initialize or were not installed correctly or the TAPI devices configured for Remote Access failed to initialize or were not installed correctly.

Unable to find correct modem at Add RAS Device selection: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...oublemodem.htm

If that doesn't help and the CD doesn't help, then... *runs away*
