Just to clear things up, I've never asked for this thread. I've even closed a similar one in Misc. As for endorsing banning threads, the thing I meant to say in the misc thread came out wrong. With 'proper' I intended to say a thread not specifically about wether to ban a user or not, but I neglected explaining it.
