You need to modify the palette used in the tileset. The palette is a collection of all the colors used in the level. Some of the first few rows (I'll wait for someone else to post a diagram) are the colors used to rabbits. If you replace them, the rabbits will change colors accordingly.
You can't do this with programs like MSPaint. I, personally, use PSP7, but if you don't have that, I reccomend D'Pixed. http://www.purrhead.thj.no/proggies/Dpixed.zip
