• This forum contains JCF rules and guidelines. They are divided into logical categories, posted as separate threads. For example, if you wanted to know about avatars, you would look at the Avatars thread.
• The rules here are not complete. This doesn't mean that other rules don't exist - they just haven't been written up by the administrators. We hope to eventually include everything here.
• Only the first post in each thread should be considered official. Replies should be taken only as advice, but assertions that arise during discussion might be added to the first post. If an assertion is obviously wrong, it will probably be deleted.
• Replies should only be made to ask questions or provide additional information/clarification. Stating your opinion is not permitted in the rules forum, and your replies will be deleted. If you have suggestions, complaints, or criticisms about the rules or guidelines, post them in the Feedback forum.
• Extraneous posts will also be deleted.
• These strict discussion rules are necessary to make it as easy as possible for people to get the information they need. It would be inefficient if the threads were filled with extra discussion and potentially misleading information.

If you are new to the JCF, it would be a good idea to read through all the threads. At least read the thread on Content, as this is probably the most important for new members.
