I have the same problem with the updater, and the Level Editor and Main game don't work.
Computer Specs:
-Windows XP
-2(?)(?) MB RAM
-S3 Video Card (On-board, not seperate)
-2.3 GHz
-17 GB of space
-AMD Athlon XP processor
-DirectX 9.0c
So what's wrong? Most likely would be the Video Card, but other than that, it's fine!

Next, could you make the fast feet from 1.23 actually do something? And maybe allow use of water and lava? That would be sweet.
