May I also add that if a game is old, it doesn't automatically mean it's free because people (i.e. the producers) don't care about it anymore? Hence the name "Abandonware". It's only free if the producer has declared it freeware, giving up all selling rights of the game. Of course, knowing Epic that will never happen for the Jazz Jackrabbit series. If you want legally free games published by Epic Megagames, try One Must Fall 2097, Tyrian 2000, or ZZT.
Besides, the site you linked to has a seperate section for legally free games, and the Jazz Jackrabbit series (except the Holiday Hare episodes) are clearly not in it.
In short, it's still illegal to download any of the full Jazz Jackrabbit games, and some people still care about it. Would you like this site to be shut down because of illegal distributing of commercial software? Trust me, the US gouvernment can because we're so smal
Now where's Derby when you need him?
