CrimiClown, you have to enter your router's configuration page and forward ports to the correct address. There are plenty of resources here explaining how to do this. Try this article, or the many threads in this forum on this subject.
Anakin: If you do not have a router, and you are certain that any software firewalls are disabled, you will need to contact your ISP for help. Other people have also had problems playing JJ2 online with ADSL.
