Cooba, you're forgetting the Shareware Demo is also missing those files; it only has Diam 1 Night, Labrat 1 Night and Psych 2 for tilesets, same for music, which oddly enough are the only ones missing from that list. The Shareware Demo has its own patch, which can be found here.
Also, it's always best to have the latest free versions available, deal with it
